A stairway

Daraj — Arabic for staircase — was born from a belief that the best part of any morning is the climb. We opened on a quiet corner of Mar Mikhael, in a city that refuses to stop moving, to create a pause.

We source single-origin beans, roast with intention, and brew with care. Every cup is a conversation between the farm and your hands. Come slow. Come often.
